Neil Rankin joins CEDA Conference Business Day panel
Abstract
Neil Rankin is the latest industry figure to join the CEDA Conference’s Business Day panel, which is being hosted by CGA Peach’s Peter Martin.

Rankin took on the role of head chef at Pitt Cue Co in 2011 and has since launched John Salt as a fusion BBQ restaurant, opened Smokehouse in Islington and the Bad Egg Diner in Moorgate.

Adam Mason, CEDA director general, said: “Neil's skill for innovation and anticipating future tastes and styles in foodservice fits neatly with our ‘Next Generation' theme.

“He joins Paul Moran, group managing director for restaurant and bar operators Living Ventures, on the panel with further high calibre panellists due to be announced."

The CEDA 2016 Conference, 14-15 April, is being held at The Hilton, St George's Park, Burton upon Trent.
