Abstract
The National Catering Equipment Centre (NCEC, Bristol) is hosting a free demonstration on accelerated cooking next month (15 May), to enlighten caterers on how to maximise the “efficiency and profitability” of a commercial kitchen.

Led by the venue’s on-site development chef, Dean Starling, the two-hour session will teach guests about the “true versatility” and latest concepts in accelerated cooking technology, to enable them to “speed up their service while retaining food quality and consistency.”

As well as providing comparisons between equipment and insight into menu development, latest cooking techniques, and effective food preparation and presentation, Starling will also offer “honest and unbiased advice” on how to make the right choices for each company’s brief.

Other upcoming sessions include:

  • Combination Cooking - 13 June
  • Char Grilling - 17 July
