The campaign takes place just one week after Public Sector Catering hosts their second Plant-Based Week (9-13). Public Sector Catering magazine will once again hold this week-long event for caterers in schools, hospitals, care homes, universities, prisons and the military to encourage them to include and promote more plant-based dishes across their menus.
The recent National Food Strategy, led by Henry Dimbleby, suggests the nation should eat 30% less meat by 2030.
