The charity week, sponsored by CSM Bakery Solutions, was cancelled in 2020 but it will return from 10-18 July 2021. National Doughnut Week raises money for The Children’s Trust, the UK’s leading charity for children with brain injuries.
Cristiana Ballarini, CSM Bakery Solutions, said: “We hope that bakers from around the country sign up and help us raise much needed funds for The Children’s Trust.
“It’s been a tough year for charities which is why we want to change the dates to raise as much money and awareness as possible for The Children’s Trust, and we hope that even more bakers will take part this year.”
The 2019 National Doughnut Week raised over £32,000 with the help of hundreds of independent bakers, cafes and shops.
