
The key topics that will be discussed include the importance of central production kitchens to the care sector, sustainability ideas to implement in care homes, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), aspirational menu development as well as eating and drinking with acknowledged risk.
Industry professionals and experts will speak on a range of current topics that are challenging the care industry. There will be four ‘inspiring’ cookery demonstrations where you will be able to pick up top tips, skills and knowledge to incorporate into your kitchen and menus.
Members and non-members have until Monday 31st March to receive the NACC early bird discount rate on selected packages. The NACC Forum will feature more than 50 care related suppliers, four cookery demonstrations and over 20 expert speakers. They include:
