Abstract
The National Association of Care Catering (NACC) will host its next Welsh regional seminar on 28 November at the SSE SWALEC Stadium (Cardiff).
With a number of speakers confirmed, including Adam Michallat-Cox (Dementia Friends) and Malcolm Perrett (Pinesfield health and social care services), topics include: making businesses dementia friendly; food allergens and labelling; and how unhealthy are traditionally thought of unhealthy foods?
