Fraser Rickatson, Care England policy & public sector officer will talk about how the NACC and Care England can collaborate for the benefit of social care. Stuart Keown from TCL Care will tell attendees about his journey as a commis chef in care to resident experience manager.
Andy Cullum from IDDSI UK will be doing a cookery demonstration on modifying foods using the IDDSI audit sheets and testing methods. Allan Brazier, treasurer of the NACC, will give attendees a BDA care digest update.
