Moy Park Foodservice has launched a range of ethnic products to take advantage of the growing demand for globally inspired food.
Frannie Santos-Mawdsley, senior customer marketing manager, European foodservice, Moy Park, said: “The ethnic market offers operators a huge untapped opportunity but getting it right is a challenge.
“Indian and Asian cuisine still dominate the category but have had to make room for a wave of new styles heavily influenced by street food including Tex Mex, as well as more authentic takes on the ever popular Mediterranean.”
The range, supplied frozen, includes tomato and mozzarella Arancini, Texan BBQ cheese bites and south Indian inspired vegetable hara bhara bites.
Moy Park Foodservice works in partnership with wholesalers and caterers throughout the UK and Ireland, including Bidvest Foodservice and Hopwells.
