The contract will see Mount Charles providing the bar and beverage services to event visitors in the hospitality tent.
Vauxhall International North West 200 takes place in May every year in Northern Ireland.
Mount Charles also provides catering services for Ulster University, Titanic Belfast and FOLD Housing Association.
