The awards, which were held on 23rd October at the London Hilton Park Lane, are seen as the benchmark for contract cleaning companies and in-house cleaning teams.
Mount Charles Group was presented with the accolade for the quality of its work at the Titanic Belfast, a contract its held since March 2012.

“We’re very proud of the work we carry out at Titanic Belfast, which is something of a landmark contract. When you consider the number of visitors passing through on a daily basis, the sheer size of the building and the valuable artifacts it contains, you can imagine the scale and intricacies of the cleaning operation, not to mention the highest possible professional standards required.
“The cleaning division at the Mount Charles Group has grown incredibly quickly since it was conceived in 2010. From a modest base, it now makes a considerable contribution to the overall business, with annual revenue of more than £5 million.
Over 500 professionals from small, medium and large contract cleaning firms and in-house teams, as well as local authorities and hospitals attended the Kimberly-Clark Golden Service Awards.
