Abstract
Independent caterer Mount Charles has promoted Michele Reid to group manager of its healthy eating franchise, Freshly Chopped (Northern Ireland).
Having worked at the company for 17 years, Reid has worked her way up form trained chef to group manager, where she will oversee the opening of Freshly Chopped restaurants across N.I. and Donegal.
She will also be responsible for staff training and development.
Reid said: “I am delighted to be appointed group manager of Freshly Chopped NI. As a healthy eating enthusiast, I embrace the ethos of Freshly Chopped, and thrive on providing excellent customer service and the satisfaction I get from training and developing my team to succeed.”
