ABM installed MKN combi steamers into Welsh schools to support the rollout of Universal Free School Meals (UFSM).
ABM worked closely with MKN, who delivered the appliances alongside oven sizing, enhanced product training, menu development, on-demand support and technical expertise as part of a best-practice programme to meet increased demand due to UFSM.
