Abstract
Charlton House, caterers at the National Assembly for Wales, Cardiff Bay, and Castell Howell Foods have jointly organised a Welsh food market to help promote Welsh suppliers and their products.
They manage extensive hospitality services including a restaurant, a retail outlet, a busy public café, two Members' Tea Rooms plus high profile events.
