Hollis joins from Glasgow based coffee roaster Matthew Algie, and his previous roles have included driving sales, value and volume with major accounts.
He said: "The past three years have seen the coffee market continue to evolve, with a growing demand for consistent, high quality coffee.
"As a National Account Manager at Melitta, I’m very excited to bring my passion for the industry to such a renowned family business. Working alongside Laura in the UK will be great as we understand the demands and needs of today’s customer and the role of Melitta within it.”
Melitta launched its UK coffee range earlier this year and along with its existing team in Germany, the new UK coffee team is being built, with Hollis playing a key part.
