McCain Foods launches foodservice website

McCain Foods is launching a new foodservice website to inspire and help customers to drive footfall, increase profitability and improve kitchen efficiency through a range of simple solutions.
The website www.mccainfoodservice.co.uk, which launches on 2 April, includes a wide range of interactive content, including a profit and cost calculator, promotional material that can be customised to meet the requirements of individual operators, video content and competitions. There will also be access to the latest McCain news, market trends and industry reports. To make it easy for operators to find relevant information, there are separate sections for the pub and restaurant sector, schools, universities and colleges, and fast food, with each section including relevant sector specific insight, in addition to case studies, recipes and McCain products. For the first time, foodservice operators will also be able to create their own account on www.mccainfoodservice.co.uk where they can save any customised promotional material in their own private file ready to be printed. Donna Rowbottom, marketing manager for McCain Foods, said: "The new website provides operators with a wealth of information, support, and hopefully plenty of inspiration, to help increase footfall, profits and ensure their kitchen runs as smoothly as possible, and it's now all available at the click of a button.
