Manitowoc Foodservice appoints new senior vice president

Manitowoc Foodservice has appointed Philip Dei Dolori as senior vice president and managing director, EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) effective immediately.

In his new role, Dolori will be responsible for all sales, operations and profit/loss functions with a focus on driving growth, developing new products and establishing strong customer relationships in the region.

Dolori will report directly to Chief Operating Officer Josef Matosevic and will be part of the executive leadership team led by Chief Executive Officer Hubertus Muehlhaeuser. He will be based at Manitowoc Foodservice’s facility in Eglfing, Germany.

During his career at Manitowoc Foodservice, Dolori served as an executive vice president in a variety of areas including EMEA, the Americas, and Global Products. Under Enodis, which was acquired by Manitowoc Foodservice in 2008, he was group managing director with dual responsibility for Asia Pacific and European operations and sales. He also held positions as group president at Middleby and president of Vulcan Hart, an ITW company.
