Manitowoc announces new culinary innovation site

Manitowoc Foodservice has announced a new site for its Culinary Innovation Days concept at Cargill’s, Wolverhampton.

The site will be dedicated to its Convotherm and Merrychef brands, and initial dates have been announced as 29th September, 27th October and 24th November, with a full 2017 schedule due to be announced.

The Culinary Innovation Days see development chef, Scott Kedwards demonstrate the latest technology from the brands with end users, distributors and customers.

The equipment which will be showcased at the Cargill’s Wolverhampton culinary demonstration site will include the Merrychef eikon e2s and e3, as well as the Convotherm easyTouch smoker and mini combi steamer.

Manitowoc Foodservice currently has five culinary innovation demonstration locations around the UK – Sheffield, Guildford, Bolton, Glasgow and now the new Wolverhampton site.
