Mange’s director, Anthony Issroff said: “We are delighted to be working with LSO St Luke’s. We will focus primarily on offering a broad range of services for the conference market, with healthy, seasonal and sustainable menus, using as much British produce as possible from independent suppliers. We are focused on reducing the environmental impact of events by recycling wherever possible and only using biodegradable, recyclable and compostable packaging.
“Mange is based five minutes from the venue, which means tastings can be streamlined with site visits and also reduces the carbon footprint from the event due to the negligible delivery distance. We will also be waiving our delivery charge for events at LSO St Luke’s given the proximity to the venue.”
LSO St Luke’s sales and marketing manager, Victoria, said: “In response to many requests for sustainable and sustaining daytime food packages, we are excited about the prospect of working with a new caterer and see Mange’s personal approach to delivering hearty, healthy menus as an ideal solution to offer our ever-broadening client base as we go into 2015.”
LSO St Luke’s is the home to the London Symphony Orchestra’s music education programme, LSO Discovery.
