Abstract
Diversified Business Communications, organisers of Natural & Organic Products Europe at Olympia, is launching a new trade exhibition aimed at the “food-to-go” market at Old Billingsgate Market in London on the 26-27 September 2008.
Lunch! will target quality sandwich bars, juice bars, cafes and contract caterers.
As well as covering food and drinks and their ingredients, Lunch! will include information on equipment, interior design, furniture, packaging and other products needed to run a successful business.
This will also be supported by a high profile 'Working Lunch!' programme, including seminars, demonstrations, and competitions.
Carsten Hol, managing director, said: "The launch follows over 12 months researching the concept with key retailers and suppliers and it's not only clear that there is a significant market for an event which focuses on quality, innovation and differentiation, but also that it makes a great fit with our existing business and strengths as a detail orientated and market focused event company."
