Abstract
Arena’s next event ‘The Changing Landscape of Foodservice and Hospitality, which takes place on Monday 10th March 2025 at the Sofitel London St. James, will feature a presentation from Jill Livesey managing director of Lumina Intelligence.
She will discuss the future of food and drink, sharing Lumina’s market forecasts, exploring how consumer expectations are changing and the latest hot trends in hospitality.
Arena events provide attendees with the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders and gain valuable industry knowledge, become inspired by success stories and innovative ideas as well as keeping up to date with the latest trends and challenges in the hospitality industry.
After a drinks reception and lunch, there will be a panel discussion hosted by Christine Marin, co-founder of Peach 20/20. Topics that will be discussed include:
