LSG Group’s hospitality and catering brand, LSG Sky Chefs has extended its joint venture catering partnership in Luanda Airport (South Africa) for another three years.
Having launched in partnership with TAAG Angola Airlines, Angola Air Catering and Luanda Airport (ENANA) in 2012, LSG Sky Chefs TAAG Angola Catering S.A. employs 270 employees which currently serve TAAG, Air France, KLM, British Airways, Lufthansa and TAP.
As part of the new deal, the company’s 2,700 sq. m. production area “will be expanded in the coming months” and is said to have “good prospects for more growth.”
Alfred Rigler, head of the emerging markets region at LSG Group, said: “The extension of the contract is an expression of the partners’s trusting cooperation. In addition, the growing business with international airlines shows that we have positioned ourselves as a preferred and trusted partner.”
