An infographic produced by Lord’s has detailed the work of the cricket ground’s kitchen during an Ashes test match.
Over 3,500 roast beef rolls, which equates to over a tonne of beef ribs, were served throughout the test match this summer.
2,500 bacon rolls and 500 full English breakfasts were served every morning. At lunchtime, 2,600 lunches were served every day across members, debenture holders and 74 hospitality boxes.
