More than 100 LACA members from the London and South East regions joined forces to enjoy a Christmas party at the Holiday Inn Regents Park – and in the process raised money for charity.
Organisers moved to a larger venue for the event to accommodate the numbers involved and to allow for the celebrations to go on longer.
The formal, black tie celebration has been hailed by those taking part as the “best yet”, with many taking advantage of the opportunity to stay overnight in London for just over £50 a person and explore the capital the following day.
And party-goers were in generous mood, with £890 raised in a charity raffle which will benefit Pilgrims Hospices.
