Abstract
London catering company Vacherin has appointed Debbie Loxley as operations manager.
Her new role will include working closely with the rest of the head office team to manage the operation of Vacherin's catering services at 10 sites, including property company CB Richard Ellis and insurance broker JLT. Loxley has over 25 years of experience within the catering industry, including 16 working for Sodexho Group's fine dining business division, Directors Table. Most recently, she was with Restaurant Associates as service director for a client in the banking industry, where she controlled the catering across three of the bank's buildings with 8,000 people on site. She commented on her new role: "It is quite a dramatic change to move from a large catering operation to a specialist boutique caterin company such as Vacherin, but I am very excited about my new role. I wanted to work for a company where I could feel like part of a team and where my ideas and opinions would be highly valued. "I was drawn to Vacherin because the company's core values reflect what is important to me within the industry – quality people, quality food and quality service." Managing director of Vacherin Mark Philpott added: "I have known Debbie for many years and I am extremely excited to be working with her once again. "Debbie is very experienced and knowledgeable about the catering industry and I am confident that she will have a good handle on the inner workings of the company alongside our other Operations Manager, Zoe Moulson."
