The deal will see the firm work across four receptions on the estate, starting with the provision of reception, helpdesk and concierge services with potential to extend demised services to tenant companies.
Home to established names and start-ups alike; the east London development acts as an incubator for businesses, artists and educators developing the products and services of the future.
In preparation, the Here East transferring team undertook Bennett Hay’s bespoke Transformation Training, to align themselves with the caterer’s required service levels and standards.
The team will be responsible for looking after a combined population of 5,500 workplace guests and visitors.
