The programme aims to ensure that the next generation in the industry have the resources to develop and progress in their careers. This year’s scheme began with a ‘Back to the Floor’ challenge at the BRIT awards, where mentees gained an understanding of the operational side of events.
Five individuals will receive dedicated time with six senior Levy mentors and will cover areas such as event management, finance, sales, marketing and client retention.
Jo Kenny, C&E development manager for LVP and programme creator, said: “My ambition for the programme is to develop our colleagues and help them reach their potential through the transfer of knowledge and know-how within Levy Restaurants UK and LVP. In doing so, they will also grow to make significant contributions to our clients and the sector.”
