Abstract
Levy UK+I, the sports and hospitality sector of Compass Group, has announced a partnership with co-owner of Brilliant Restaurant Dipna Anand.

Having already supported Levy UK+I in cooking for the Indian cricket team during the England vs India test series at the Kia Oval, she will be expanding her offering to Levy partner venues up and down the country. For the partnership Anand has created a range of Punjabi food to impress guests across Levy’s retail and hospitality offer.

These dishes include a jeera chicken crushed paratha, consisting of spiced black pepper and cumin chicken thigh pieces served inside of a crushed paratha and a plant-forward thinking vada pav, created with a deep-fried spiced potato burger flavoured with mustard and curry leaves with a dollop of tamarind chutney.

Anand said: For me, family is everything. With many of Brilliant Restaurant’s original recipes dating back over 70 years to my grandfather, this partnership with Levy UK+I is an amazing opportunity to bring my family’s food to a much wider audience, showcasing the delicious and innovative recipes that we have created and perfected over the generations.

Levy UK+I’s passion and commitment to providing legendary food experiences is something I have seen first-hand and has resonated with me – I’m thrilled to be playing a role in making exciting matchdays and events even better for fans.”

She will also play an active role in Compass Group’s Women in Food initiative, which aims to create a more inclusive culture in and out of the kitchen - attracting, retaining and developing female talent, and driving greater representation across all levels.

Jon Davies, managing director at Levy UK, said: With Dipna’s deep family roots and passion for food, we are so excited and honoured to have Dipna bring her superbly authentic food to our guests across our venues. This partnership provides Levy UK +I with a premium and truly unique offering, and her food has already been going down a storm.”
