Abstract
As the official catering partner for Tottenham Hotspur, Levy UK has helped the London-based football club revamp its food and drink offering fit for its brand new stadium.

Following feedback from fans, the pair looked to ‘embrace the local vibe and culture’ and ensure that there is ‘something for everyone.’

As such, both the Market Place and Touchline Grills will serve a ‘wide range’ of traditional fan ‘favourites’ as well as dishes inspired by London’s street food scene, including: burgers and steak sandwiches; fish and chips; fried chicken; Asian street food; pizzas and flatbreads.

The new ‘high street-style pub’ bars will continue to serve a range of beverages from beer partner Heineken, including Amstel, Strongbow and Old Mout Cider. These will sit alongside craft beers from local supplier Beavertown Brewery.

As part of the new Tottenham Hotspur app (due to be released ‘later this year’), fans will be able to view the full menu including dishes for those with dietary requirements, pre-order and collect items.

All payments will have to be made via contactless card or a mobile as part of the new cashless venue scheme, which the club hopes will ‘speed up service and reduce queuing times.’
