Abstract
The sports, leisure and hospitality catering company Levy Restaurants UK has made a commitment to buy, serve and promote only sustainable fish at all of its venues across the UK by signing the Sustainable Fish Cities Pledge.

Colin Bailey, managing director, Levy Restaurants UK, said: “We pride ourselves on delivering great quality food, drink and service, creating memorable experiences for our guests. It’s just brilliant to have signed up to the Sustainable Fish Cities Pledge, giving our customers confidence that the fish we serve at any of our locations, is sustainably sourced and ensuring we are playing our part to enable people to enjoy fish for generations to come.”

Sustainable Fish Cities is an initiative that aims to create large-scale change in the fish eaten out of home in the UK by asking fish serving businesses to protect precious marine environments.
