The sports, leisure and hospitality branch of Compass Group UK & Ireland will manage sites at IWM Duxford, Churchill War Rooms and the Second World War cruiser HMS Belfast.
The contract will see Levy Restaurants opening a high street brand café and bar on HMS Belfast, a casual dining restaurant at IWM Duxford, as well as providing a variety of hospitality services at the historic airfields.
As part of the commercial strategy, Lime Venue Portfolio, a sales and marketing consortium for venues and events and part of Levy Restaurants UK, will be responsible for increasing sales and further establishing the museums as venues for meetings and events.
Levy Restaurants has been working with IWM North in Trafford, Greater Manchester for 11 years and it is well versed with the unique requirements of working with culturally significant venues.
