Stuart Lee, general manager, Levy Restaurants UK at Bramall Lane, said: “We’re passionate about providing great meetings and events facilities. We have made a considerable investment to ensure that the refurbishment project improved our facilities. We look forward to welcoming new and existing customers back to the Lane so we can showcase our new areas.“

Jo Austin, head of venue sales at Lime Venue Portfolio, said: “This investment is a clear example of our strategic business intentions. No longer are sporting and cultural venues seen as ‘unusual venues’, they are now a viable option for venue-finding agencies and corporate bookers who are looking for a great meeting or conference product at a good price.
“The fact that stadiums such as Bramall Lane deliver the wow factor is increasingly just the icing on the cake of well executed and professionally managed events.”
Sheffield United managing director, Malachy Brannigan, said: “We are delighted the catering partnership contract has been extended by a further five years. The work completed in the John Street Stand ensures we have the best offering of conference and events facilities in Sheffield.”
