Levy produces new seasonal menu for The Countess of York

Sam Waseem, assistant catering manager at the National Railway Museum, said: “We work hard throughout the year reinventing our afternoon tea menu to ensure we are making the most of the fantastic seasonal ingredients from our local suppliers.

"The new menu will offer guests a real taste of summer and we are certain it will prove to be a huge success.”

Menu items include range of finger sandwiches and also tarts, scones and cakes.
