At the event Levy served up a menu of cumin roasted beetroot with beet mallow, grilled cauliflower, curly endive and balsamic caviar to start; a main of roasted rib of beef, beef cheek with baked potato & chive butter, savoy cabbage, caramelised shallot and baby carrots with a risotto cracker; and a black forest gateau served in a molten chocolate ball with hot chocolate sauce for dessert.
Becci Thomson, business development manager at The O2, said: “It was fantastic to host the Business in the Community Responsible Business Awards 2016 at The O2 and to welcome HRH Prince Charles to the venue.
“This was the largest dinner we have ever staged at the venue and it really highlighted how flexible and spectacular the arena space looks when transformed for an event of this kind.”
The event was attended by over 1,600 guests, including president of Business in the Community HRH Prince Charles, SME owners and CEOs of global brands.
