Abstract
Lakeland Dairies Foodservice has launched a free Millac Gold piping kit to support care caterers.

The kit includes a roll of ten Millac piping bags, three bowl scrapers and a downloadable piping guide. The guide will be emailed to you and it contains activities and ideas which can be made using Millac Gold Double, ‘the only cream alternative with real dairy cream and added vitamin D’.

Millac Gold Double was the first cream alternative to be endorsed by the Craft Guild of Chefs Product Endorsement scheme.

Celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala said: “We use Millac Gold in our kitchens because it offers convenience without compromising on taste and it performs better than dairy cream, adding to the balance of flavours that we strive to achieve.”

Ten entrants who apply for the Millac Gold piping kit will be selected at random to win a NAPA (National Activities Provider Association) activity pack.

Paul Chmielewski, head of marketing and international at Lakeland Dairies, added: “As the only cream alternative with real dairy cream and added vitamin D, we believe Millac Gold Double is a complete solution and a delicious way to boost vitamin D levels during the cold season. Our new piping kit is a fun free resource to support our industry and care caterers at this difficult time.’’
