The first of what will be a series of webinars, ‘Preparing for School Catering Service Post Lockdown’ will take place on May 19th starting at 10am.
The LACA board will share some good practice guidance ahead of schools starting to receive an increasingly large number of pupils as part of a gradual return to normality over the coming months.
The programme will include a LACA Update from national chair Stephen Forster, followed by three short, good practice and review presentations on:
* Premises and Equipment
* Staffing and Resources
* Food supply and simplifying your meal provision
These will be followed by a panel session where members questions and concerns will be answered.
Afterwards LACA will be providing access to the webinar documents through the members section on its website.
