In the afternoon, Carrieanne Bishop and Ruth Asker-Browne will launch the professional standards for front line staff working in the school food sector of the catering industry.
Rounding off the day is the LACA Awards for Excellence, supported by the Department for Education, at the Gala Dinner, where 13 awards will be dished out.
The final day hosts a session on hot industry topic, Filling the Holiday Gap, with Lindsay Graham, chair of the APPG School Food ‘Holiday Hunger Task Force’ before Dr Steve Peters delivers the grand finale address.
