The announcement will see Kudos take over from former caterer, Mayfair Ltd, and forms part of a larger framework launched by London Universities Purchase Consortium (LUPC).
It will see Kudos will offer “a more flexible, modern approach to professional hospitality” that channels current and future trends, to keep in line with college demands and ‘facilitate growth’ in external markets.
Matthew Herter, chief executive of Kudos, said: “The team is thrilled to have built a new partnership with the Royal College of Anaesthetists and can’t wait to get started.
“It adds a new dynamic to the list of diverse venues that we already work with across the UK.
“The college is trying to expand in an ever-changing market and we feel our flexible approach and adaptability will make this a great partnership going forward.”
Royal College of Anaesthetists finance and resources director, Mark Blaney, added: “We are pleased to announce the new catering partnership with Kudos, who offers high quality catering and shares our vision in creating a sought after conference and meeting venue, here at Churchill House (where the college is based).
“Kudos’ pursuit in sustainable and local food sourcing, along with having held the four International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditations made it our first choice.”
