As well as managing conference and banqueting catering services at the Technology Park, Kudos will also manage and operate The Bistro staff restaurant facility, which will feature a range of seasonal dishes.
Jon Pryce, Kudos’ managing partner, said: “We’ve got lots planned over the coming months to reflect CUE’s innovation and bring our Kudos vision to the venue; including the use of local ingredients sourced within a 60 mile radius of Coventry, which we feel really celebrates Great British produce.
“We’ve also some new initiatives in mind; ranging from rooftop beehives giving us a healthier sweetener for teas and coffees, a campus herb garden, homemade seasonal preserves and fresh bread baked on-site and made daily for event delegates and Bistro customers. So there’s lots for people to look forward to.”
