As part of the extended five-year contract worth £5million, Kudos revitalised the look and feel of the café and introduced a new menu to appeal to the diverse range of visitors to the venue.
Josh Beth, retail director at Kudos said: “It’s great that the visitors of The Brighton Centre have embraced the changes of the café. We worked very hard to come up with a concept that suits all areas of this huge venue and it seems to be working”.
The Feed retail concept is a blend of street food, high street café and conference dining. Three new retail outlets and bars serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and late-night snacks.
The Brighton Centre, located on Brighton’s seafront, has the capacity to accommodate conferences from 100 to 5,000 delegates, exhibitors and dinners.
