The company has employed Franco Caroleo (general manager) and Paul Riley (executive head chef pictured left) to further strengthen the team that will manage the venue’s distinctive cafe services, large events and banqueting portfolio, and launch its new restaurant; Kaleido.
Caroleo will be responsible for the overall management of the food, drink and events offer at the museum, including the cafe that seats 150 people, the events space with formal dining for 250 and receptions for 500, and the fifth floor restaurant and bar Kaleido, that can accommodate 80 guests.
Leading a team of 12 chefs, a senior sous chef and a pastry chef, Riley will bring his specialist modern British cooking with a focus on provenance to the Kudos kitchen.
