Staff were treated to a three course banquet prepared by Head Chef, Richard Webb, which consisted of a jamboree of great British regional venues in miniature forms such as dishes from Yorkshire, Lancashire, Shropshire, Northamptonshire, Sussex and Hampshire.
This was then followed by a duo of British beef and heritage carrots and a warming seasonal dish to showcase the best of winter in the UK. To complete the meal, the chefs at Gibson Hall created one of their signature dishes; an interactive dessert station.
Jon Pryce, KUDOS’ managing partner, said: “The evening was entertaining and rewarding for the staff who had all clearly made such a huge effort in their work over the duration of last year. It was great to see how much the evening meant to them all.”
The General Manager of the Year Award went to Merily Muttik from Gibson Hall; Central Hall Westminster was named Venue of the Year; Andy Wood from Northampton Saints took home the award for Chef of the Year; the Brighton Centre was hailed Retailer of the Year; Hannah Gill from Leamington Spa claimed the Sales Person of the Year Award; and Javier Agudelo, the kitchen porter at Gibson Hall, was crowned Employee of the Year.
