Peter Bruun has been appointed senior partner, whilst Michelin-starred chef David Cavalier will join as food director.
Bruun brings 18 years experience to the company and will help develop the KUDOS brand and culture. He was previously responsible for concept development at Signature Restaurants, whose brands included Pasha, Strada and Daphne’s.
He said: “I am delighted to have joined the KUDOS team. KUDOS is a privately owned, quality led, personality driven company, and I’d like to highlight and focus on those elements to drive us forward.”
Meanwhile, Cavalier will oversee all food development, innovation and sourcing within the business. He has spent 39 years in the industry, including positions at the Grosvenor House Hotel, The Dorchester, The Berkeley Hotel, L’Escargot and his own restaurants - Pebbles, Cavalier’s and High Holborn.
