Abstract
Equipment and ingredient supplier, KitchenLab UK partnered with London-based Japanese restaurant Flat Three this Wednesday (1 November), to host the latest Cook For Syria fundraiser dinner.

Coinciding with World Vegan Day, the event took place at Flat Three, Holland Park, where head chef Pavel Kanja cooked the 40 guests, including chefs Tom Aikens, Marianne Lumb and Lee Westcott, a Syrian-inspired vegan tasting menu.

Director of KitchenLab UK, Mat Froggatt, said: ‘’This was a great opportunity to get together with amazing chefs and industry friends to raise awareness and funds for a very worthy cause.

“We’re really humbled by everyone’s generosity and being able to help this great initiative.’’

The company will continue to raise funds by selling signed #CookForSyria cookbooks via its website and social channels throughout November, as well as donating all ticket sale proceeds from Wednesday evening’s raffle to Unicef’s Children Of Syria Fund.
