Keynote speaker line-up at lunch! Show includes Burger King, Tossed, itsu

Abstract
The café, coffee shop and food-to-go event lunch! has announced the addition of a number of new industry business leaders to the show’s keynote speaker line-up at ExCeL London from 18-19 September.

Jason Cotta, chief growth officer at itsu; Roland Horne, founder and chief executive of WatchHouse; Keith Bird, former chief executive of Marugame Udon Europe; Neil Sebba, managing director of Tossed and Christian Binney, the food development director, Burger King are the latest names to join the list of those addressing the event.

Organisers say the show’s Keynote Programme will ‘deliver important insight for cafés, coffee shops and food-to-go operators’.

Their contributions will include interviews, data-driven insights, and panel sessions at the show’s three theatres over the two days.

A regular visitor, speaker, and chair of the popular operations focussed panels at lunch!, Shereen Ritchie, chief executive of buns from home said: “If there is anything you attend this year, make sure it is lunch!. It highlights everything great about our industry.”

Julian Metcalfe, the founder of itsu, who is returning to speak at lunch! for the second time after drawing in one of the show’s biggest ever audiences, added: “lunch! is such a great show to see industry innovation.”

The show is co-located with the 10th anniversary of Casual Dining – the restaurant pub and bar event, and together they will feature over 500 exhibitors.
