The Kerrymaid dairy product-inspired recipes include costs, calories per portion and a list of allergens present in each dish, while a ‘Food For Life Served Here’ calculator and a seasonal produce calendar are also available.
Included in the collection are tips designed to inspire engagement with pupils, increase understanding of food provenance for students and suggests ways to work towards achieving the Soil Association ‘Food For Life Served Here’ accreditation.
