Abstract
The awarding winning Compass Junior Chefs Academy (JCA) has taken its first steps front of house by extending its programme, the Junior Restaurant Academy (JRA).
There are high hopes that JRA can be establish as the 'third tier' of the JCA programme and Compass will be working with existing JCA colleges to see how the programme can be introduced into their activity from the September 2008 term.
