The Dublin-based group catered for 96,000 guests over the event’s four days (6-9 July), at Portstewart Golf Club, Northern Ireland.
The Hotel & Catering Review says its Gold Medal Awards recognises and rewards excellence in hospitality and catering operations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
