Jockey Club Catering ready to cater for 260,000 at Cheltenham Festival
Abstract
Jockey Club Catering will cater for 260,000 horse racing fans at the four day Cheltenham Festival this week across 12 restaurants, 34 temporary kitchens, 75 mobile catering units and 240 private boxes.

The hospitality offering will feature the Chez Roux hospitality experience with Albert Roux, Michel Roux Jr. and Emily Roux.

Nick Campbell, managing director for Jockey Club Catering, said: “The Cheltenham Festival is always a highlight of the year, nothing compares to the atmosphere or excitement. Having launched the new award winning Grandstand last year and introduced new innovations across the site we are looking forward to hosting the best ever Festival.”

At the festival, which has a focus on local ingredients, 8,000 gallons of tea and coffee will be served, five tonnes of local cheese and nine tonnes of British potatoes.
