Jockey Club Catering, a joint venture between The Jockey Club and Compass Group UK & Ireland, rode home with three awards and three certificates of merit at the National Racecourse Catering Awards last week.

Nick Campbell, chief operations officer at Jockey Club Catering, said: “We are very proud to hear that the hard work, innovation and perseverance of our teams across all of our racecourses have been acknowledged.

“We’re very passionate about catering and service delivery and it is very gratifying to have it ratified by such prestigious awards.

“We look forward to future endeavours and building upon this success to bring an even more unique experience for our guests in the upcoming year.”

Jockey Club Catering accolades included the Best Fine Dining Experience as well as the Judges Catering Excellence Award for Aintree Racecourse and Best New Catering Product at a Racecourse for the Moët flutes at Cheltenham Racecourse.

Certificates of merit were also presented for Best Fast Food Mobile to Haydock Park Racecourse for its Best of British, Wincanton Racecourse for Best Drinks Supplier with Hall & Woodhouse and to Epsom Downs Racecourse for Most Effective Brand for Greenalls Gin.

The awards were held at Windsor Racecourse on October 5th.
