For restaurants and caterers keen to try something different, the group has included an Aussie-style barbecue Christmas concept, highlighting everything from premium steaks to burgers and beers.
Sezer Ozkul, chief product officer at JJ Foodservice, said: “Many restaurants and pubs have invested in permanent outdoor seating during the pandemic, so why waste it? The extra space is a great opportunity for an outdoor eating event. We recommend grilling our premium ribeye steak together with black tiger king prawns for the ultimate Christmas surf and turf.”
For a more traditional Christmas menu, JJ Foodservice is offering premium beef, lamb and turkey roasting joints, together with a selection of vegetables and sides.
